If any of you are in NC or the NC area you have surely heard of basketball coach Kay Yow. She has just recently lost her over 20 year battle with breast cancer. While I have never been a true basketball fan I greatly admire Kay Yow. If you have not done so recently please schedule a mamogram and go to the right side of this blog and click on the pink cancer ribbon. It only takes a moment.
