I did this one using the Bright Bulb Stampin' Around Wheel and Punches Three stamp set from Stampin' Up! Only thing I kind of got the punched piece a wee bit off center. Lots of glitter added here using Crystal Stickles. I made it like a package with the ribbon. I also used the Wide Oval punch for layering.Monday, October 6, 2008
Another card for the Bling Challenge
