Reason I was out and new Christmas card

Yesterday I had my doctor appointment. I originally went in January and was well overweight, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high sugar. She wanted me to go on medication and I didn't want to. She gave me 3 months and in those three months I did bring it down some so she gave me 3 more months. Well, I have lost a little over 30 pounds, my blood pressure is normal, my cholesterol is still a wee bit high but it has dropped almost 40 points and my sugar is fine. WooHoo no medication! I am still working on it but between Weight Watchers and using the treadmill I am doing fine. I plan on coming down another 20 pounds and that should do it.

Now here is the 2nd Christmas card I did using the Manhattan Rose Textured Impression die from Stampin' Up! All products used are Stampin' Up!

Congratulations on your weight loss, and all the other good things!!! That is awesome - keep it up! (I went through the same thing seven years ago - exactly (without the blood sugar or high blood pressure.) I lost the 50 pounds and my cholesterol was wonderful. Seven years later, on medication and up 40 pounds :( I wish MUCH better for you!)

Beautiful card!!

Congrats, Cheryl. Believe me, I relate. I suffer from the big 3 as well, but after 2 years on WW, 45 lbs. lighter, all my stats (with light meds) are normal. I know it's not easy, so you should be proud of yourself.
And great card too. Love that flower.
