Home again

We were away for the Memorial Weekend to a family reunion. Had a wonderful time but have no cards or scrap pages done. I have been uploading family photos from the reunion. I will show you a couple of my favorites. The top photo is our great grandson sitting on a piece of farm equipment - no I have no clue what it is but he was having a ball climbing on it. The bottom photo was taken at our home the night before we left for the reunion. Our grandson and his family spent the night with us since it cut the trip up for them and made it easier to do. We were surprised that Nate sat close to Joe since we don't see him all that often.

Even with the showers we had at the reunion we all had a good time. There were not as many at the reunion this year but it always seems to vary. We all get together at the farm - some even camp in tents, not me though I am a motel person. Food is everywhere and if anyone goes hungry it is their own fault. It was extremely difficult to stick with my diet but I did do pretty good. Of course, the fact that I have to go tomorrow and get all my blood work done had some bearing on me sticking with my diet. I will get all the results next week when I go back to the doctor.
